Eric is the owner here at NOC He was born and raised in Wheatland. Eric has 25 years of construction experience here at NOC as well as construction management skills. His expertise in CAD designs finds economical solutions that satisfy the owner's dreams within their budget. Eric is a licensed General Contractor in the town of Wheatland, city of Cheyenne, and the state of Wyoming
ELLIE ORR
Office Manager
Ellie has been with NOC for over 30 years & plays a key role in day to day procedures. She stays very active in the community with several support groups & the Relay for Life organization.
PONCH CONNOLLY
Project Manager
Ponch has 10 years of construction experience off & on at NOC, as well as construction management skills. He was the manager of his family owned cabinet shop for many years and handled day to day business as well as project quality. He recently joined NOC to fill a void for a full-time project manger position when Eric acquired full ownership of NOC Ponch is also the Safety Coordinator for NOC
NORBERT A. OLIND
Founder
Norb founded Norb Olind Construction in 1984. He was a proud owner for many years. Norb has recently retired and left the company in great hands and has no doubts Eric Peterson will continue to not only impress him but continue to keep the business in tip-top shape.
